How to use Browse

Choose an ontology from Browse by Ontology:

  • Araneae Taxonomy — spider taxonomy from order down to species
  • Molecular Targets — target hierarchy used in activity records
  • Post Translation Modifications — PTM types recorded on toxins
  • Phyletic Specificity — target-organism taxonomy for biological activity

A tree appears for the selected ontology. Click + / − on a branch to expand or collapse it. Numbers in parentheses show how many toxins match that node.
